The need for high-quality, prepared education leaders is growing each year. In a time of unprecedented demand for international schools, the Association for the Advancement of International Education (AAIE) is proud to introduce the Institute for International School Leadership in partnership with 3rd Learning. The goal of the Institute is to advance the preparation and continuing professional development of leaders affiliated with AAIE in the international school environment.

3rd Learning has developed state-of-the-art approaches and tools to advance professional development in ways that allow for the differentiation of course work and professional development (PD), according to individual needs, as well as in alignment with desired core competencies for international school leaders (as described and defined by AAIE).
